SS 2008 – November 6 Board Meeting
Silver Springs Single Family HOA Board meetings are held the first Thursday of each month.
6:30 PM at the Kimball Junction Summit County Health Department Conference Room.
Agenda: Election of officers by trustees elected on October 13th.
Re-elected: David Coehlo, Vice President; Lucy Archer, Secretary; Bill Gunter “Treasurer”
New board members: Ed Cody, James Larson, Jan Zinn (verbally resigned 10/13/2008, then un-resigned today), Natalie Shein (resigned 10/13/2008)
ARC and Compliance Committee: Tony Molchan, Mark Raming, Kyle Yelderman, Chris Keeler, Randy Spagnoletti.
No official business conducted as two former board members again took the floor and presented an unofficial agenda.
David Coehlo did not arrive until 7:40 or 7:50 pm.
Letter from attorney Lincoln Hobbs was distributed. A number of incorrect statements within this letter regarding what our Bylaws say about the Annual Meeting and Election prevented any progress in resolving “election irregularities. It appears the only irregularities were those committed by board members who abandoned their duty then ambushed the Annual Meeting thereby creating contention on October 13th and again tonight.
