The Public is hereby given notice that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly approve a Plat Amendment for Lot 104 and Lot 105 of the Silver Springs Subdivision Plat B.

The Public Hearing will be held September 8, 2009 beginning at 7:00 PM at the County Auditorium at 6505 North Landmark Drive, Park City, Utah 84098

The applicant, Heggie Wilson, is requesting to correct  a location of a Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District easement (8′ on Lot 104 and 8′ on Lot 105).  With correction of the easement the applicant will correct the plat and identify the correct location of the easement.  Also, the applicant will be able to construct an addition to his existing residence.
