The Master Homeowners Association has scheduled their monthly board meeting at 6:30 PM at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.

Possible Agenda:

—Ramifications of fourth survey of the two Silver Springs lakes

—Removal of trees from edge of lakes inland 25 feet.

—Condition of dams built in 2005 which have a 50 year warranty.

—Upgrade maintenance of Silver Willow Pond, the 5 acre small lake [with dues collected in CD’s the last several years]..

—The return to pre-2004 dues schedule now that both lakes have had their work fully financed by the Silver Springs Community Association Membership.
