Residents weep over cut willows
Four large willow trees and spruce evergreens removed along S.R. 224 during construction project
June 1, 2012 Story by Sarah Moffitt, The Park Record
Four large willows, two 50+ year old spruce, and other trees were removed to accommodate the new construction. Another willow may have been removed, and another was seriously pruned as seen at the very back of the 1.85 acre parcel.
Were any of the building’s doors, windows, wood, appliances, etc. recycled?

The question of the day is… if Strachan and King did not want or respect trees why didn’t they buy a vacant lot that did not include trees, especially historical and ancient trees?!?!?
