The Silver Springs Community Input Group Ballot Survey April 2010 —
Item 7.  I vote my board shall re-write all existing HOA doc Sections that allow the board to act without 50% majority vote of property owners, whether present or by proxy.
(Delete from current Bylaws “any number of”) 87% of Property Owner respondents voted in the affirmative.

Note:  On October 30, 2012 close to a dozen cars were parked at St. Luke’s.
Those few attendees made decisions for the 189 lots in SSSFHOA.

Candidate Information
Steve Fassett is a Little Lake frontage /SSSF property owner at 4831 Silver Springs Drive.
He and his wife Susan purchased Lot LLSS05 around 2009 then built a house on it.

There is a way to increase attendance and participation at these neighborhood meetings. This method was implemented in 2008 and it successfully produced an 81% participation by property owners.
