Item. 7.  I vote my board shall re-write all existing HOA doc Sections that allow the board to act without 50% majority vote of property owners, whether present or by proxy. (Delete from current Bylaws “any number of”)
87% of Property Owners voted in affirmative.

Trustees being replaced Oct. 2, 2012 are Tracey Douthett, Jim Harsch, Ed Cody, Richard Krebs.

2012 ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION

at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church at 4595 Silver Springs Drive

Dec 2011 – Oct. 2012 Retained Trustees are Tracey Douthett, Jim Harsch, Ed Cody , Richard Krebs.
New board members are: Shirlee Sanderson, Dwight Hibdon, and Gary Milkis.
Following the November 8, 2011 replacement meeting, the elected trustees selected board officers during the December 6, 2011 Board Meeting.
Tracey Douthett was selected as the SSSFHOA Board of Trustees president.
Ed Cody is vice president, Jim Harsch is treasurer, Rick Krebs is secretary.
Election as a trustee provides for a two-year term. Election as an officer provides for a one year term.
